Tiffini Duncan

 Tiffini is a seasoned DUI attorney who has handled thousands of DUI cases. She has been on both sides of the law and knows how to fight for you. She has been recognized by the National College for DUI Defense for her efforts as a criminal defense attorney dedicated to the defense of citizens accused of driving under the influence and is a founding member of the DUI Defense Lawyers Association. Her practice is primarily focused on DUI defense and she is not just a pleader; she is an experienced and skilled DUI trial attorney who takes cases to jury trial when the circumstances dictate. She has excellent negotiating skills and works hard to protect the driving privileges of drivers who come to her for help. Most cases do not go before a jury, but by aggressively investigating and working each case, she is able to negotiate from a position of strength, as prosecutors know that she will take a case all the way through jury trial when the circumstances warrant a jury trial. She joined the Duncan Law Firm in 2010, bringing energy and creativity to the firm. In 2015, she became the managing owner.

Tiffini has two children, twin girls. Born in Texas, raised in Alaska, she has found her home in Augusta, GA, where she has resided the past 18 years. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, bike-riding, and working in the yard.
